Manufacturing Capability
We have a manufacturing capability of 10 million metres
per annum. In summary, our facilities are:
- Warping - mill, cheese and cop
- Weft Knitting - 18, 28 and 36gg single and double
jersey, plain, jacquard and spacers
- Warp Knitting - 28, 32, 36, 40gg tricot, plain and
jacquard, 56 and 64gg raschel
- Rigid and stretch Simplex
- Beam and Jet Dyeing
- Finishing
- Fully accredited laboratory
For colour, we have a laboratory
with computerised colour-match prediction tools and a
full dyehouse
test
bed.
Our QC
laboratory staff are accredited annually to enable them
to carry out the full range of industry standard tests.
